I sat down last nite and watched this movie and was amazed at how finally someone really wanted to take a look at what goes on in the urban areas all across america. I was not sure at first if this movie was real or fake, but i didn't care to even find out. Snow on tha Bluff is a must see documentary, and Curtis Snow is the best Goon out there. This movie went hard in the paint and i thank you for being real, cause it's hard out here for these lost souls.

WOW! I think its quite sad that anyone thinks this is "cool" or "badass". Its really a prime example of what drugs and money cause people to do. There is always an alternative to this type of lifestyle, many are too weak to chose it. Very intriguing documentary but sets a terrible example for the youth. I pray for anyone in this situation to rise above. There is nothing glorious about it, only pain and grief, prison or death. As a recovering alcohol/drug user myself and a father at 23, this is what parents work to keep their children away from.

this movie was equal parts extreme fascination & extreme fear. What a story! From the robbery in the car with those eager students to the acclimation of his son to the incredibly terrible news that his mother "is gone". This movie is easily the best piece of docudrama I've seen all year. Incredible work by the director to capture the madness going on in da hood. Pity how real this is and how always present it will be as nothing can be attained in our society without access to lots of funds. 4 dat Almighty Benjamin Franklin, big bank takes little bank... anything goes. (Shout Out @RassKass)

The condition of black folks across the U.S. is really really really sad!
Some folks are sooooo lost and soooo engulfed by their own arrogance & ignorance
that they are literally unable to pursue and attain an alternate lifestyle
or seek an education. Knowledge is power and until black folk go and get
some of that knowledge that's out there, this is going to be a cycle that never ends.
Drugs, Robberies, Rapes, Murders.......
It's fuckin sad but these folks are literally stuck!
Like Nas said in his song from the "Lost Tapes Album"....
We are "Black Zombies"!
